1 packet Weight Controll Oatmeal
1 small banana

Lunch

1 slice meatloaf (about 30z)
1 slice sourdough bread

Dinner

Vegetarian Sheepheards Pie (will post recipie)
1 mini corn cobbette

Dessert

1 apple blossom (kinda like apple pie)
